Property websites normally ask you to scroll through listings and call whoever
posted them. PataEstate works the other way round. You describe the home you are
actually looking for — the area, your budget, how many bedrooms, when you need to
move — and that request is shown to landlords and agencies who have property in
that area. They reply with the homes that fit, and you decide which of them you
want to talk to.
If you are looking for a home
Post one request describing what you want. Agencies and landlords bring
you matching properties instead of you hunting for them.
If you have property
See real, current demand in the areas you work in, and answer the requests
your properties actually fit.
Your details stay private
Requests are shown anonymously. Your name and phone number are withheld
until you choose to answer someone, so nobody can cold-call you.
Signing in with Google or Apple
PataEstate uses Google Sign-In and
Sign in with Apple so that you do not need to create or
remember another password.
We use what they give us to create your PataEstate account and to contact you
about it, and nothing else. We never sell your data.
With Google, we receive your name, your email address and an
identifier for your Google account. We request only the basic sign-in scopes
(openid, email, profile).
PataEstate has no access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, photos or
any other Google service.
With Apple, we receive even less: an identifier for your Apple
account, and your email address if you choose to share it. If you use Apple's
Hide My Email, we only ever see the private relay address,
which works perfectly well here. Apple does not send us your name.
